Position Overview

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team as an AI Advertising Specialist. No prior experience is required for this position, as we will provide full training. In this role, you will work with a variety of cutting-edge AI tools to create compelling photo and video advertisements. From writing scripts and generating scenes to producing complete ad campaigns, you will be using AI to handle every stage of the creative process. Your work will then be promoted across most of the major social media platforms.

Balanced Working Hours: No graveyard shifts here! Your shift will run from 9 AM PHT to 6 PM PHT, with a relaxed lunch break at 1 pm PHT.
Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a monthly base salary of ₱150,000 (equivalent to $2,400 USD) for your hard work and dedication.
Performance Bonuses: For every advertisement you create that proves successful, you will receive a bonus up to ₱60,000 (equivalent to $1,000 USD). There’s no cap- the more winning advertisements you create, the more bonuses you can earn. At Korvallas, we are firm believers that team members should be rewarded for their hard work and dedication.
Friday Team Hangouts: Every Friday, we host an optional team gathering designed to help everyone connect, unwind, and get to know each other better. Expect lighthearted games, fun activities, and plenty of laughs. As a bonus, we also give away exciting prizes each week- like espresso machines, air fryers, cash prizes, and more!
